A garden in Lyndhurst
The clients wanted a low maintenance garden for a busy working couple. Apart from their granddaughter racing around the outside they were mainly interested in 2 seating areas and no lawn to mow and little weeding required
A paved pathway around all sides made it a great tricycle track and easy access throughout the year. The lawn was artificial grass and the raised planting area heavily mulched to keep down the work. The two seating areas captured the sun at different times of day.
A large garden in the New Forest
A diverse and beautiful garden was required to do justice to this new luxury property in the New Forest. A series of separate garden ‘rooms’ were required ranging from a gravel garden to be viewed from the raised deck area; a long oak pergola linking another garden area with the oak conservatory; raised vegetable and fruit growing beds and a large wild flower meadow
After just two years it has now matured into a most beautiful well maintained garden and it is a joy to return to see it.
Plants galore in this lovely country property
Careful and very specific planting plans were required to enhance this large country property set in a sensitive conversation area. Ranging from herbaceous perennials, with plenty of colour and variety, close to the house through to transitional planting which finally blended in with the surrounding farmland and woods.
